Really good Stay with Great Amenities
spacious kitchen comfy bed great communication
I found the kitchen and living area impressively spacious. Breakfast included many options with lots of space to sit. The room included a TV with options for watching, and the bed was super comfy. Communication with the host was great.
The window blind did not block out enough light, so I awakened early.

The shared kitchen includes eggs, toast, pasta and rice . Self-service breakfast choices are available for convenient meal preparation. Street parking outside the building provided useful accommodation for vehicles.

great stay!
great location convenient shop great kitchen
The location was super convenient for getting around. i walked along the river to the titanic experience. It only took 20 minutes. the kitchen was GREAT. i found local shops just around the corner, a real lifesaver!
The community room downstairs felt a little chilly. I couldn't find any heating.

the hotel is situated ideally with bus stops just around the corner. it is easy to catch a bus or walk. also, the hotel is located a nice walk away from the titanic experience.

The location offered various routes to the city center. Jim was helpful and hospitable. I found the breakfast easy to prepare, and the room very nice..

solid base for exploring the area
great location efficient lighting spacious room
the location was advantageous. it was just outside the city centre. i found it quite accessible. parking the car out front was convenient. the lighting was very efficient throughout the hotel. the room was also spacious.
the bedroom was a bit small. it reminded me of a box room. a very small foldable table needed repair as items slid off easily. the room could benefit from shampoo samples or shower soap.

the staff were friendly and accommodating. communication regarding entry was good. i was allowed a slightly earlier entry, which i appreciated. the owner was kind and helpful.

a mixed experience
small room missing toiletries
the room i had was very small like a box room the small foldable table needs fixed as when you put it down everything slides off it also there were no shampoo samples or shower soap available i had to go and buy some the room felt very basic for the money i paid

public transport excellent facilities free parking unexpected room lumpy mattress missing instructions
The location offered convenient access to public transport. Kitchen facilities were excellent. They were well stocked. I found free parking right outside the hotel.
The room I had was not the one I expected to get. The mattress felt quite lumpy and soft to me. I found no instructions on how to operate the stove.
